Truffle Bag

We’re not sure if this cheese is more influenced by Spanish Manchego or an Italian basket cheese. We do know that the truffle we import from Italy are the best! The company we source from is name “Sacchi Tartufi”, which Google tells us means ‘bag of truffles’—- which is a great description for this Goat cheese.
